Linkee saves information when remembering it is useful to you.

That includes the details needed to create and secure your account, publish your page, preserve your settings, process actions you request, provide support, prevent abuse, and operate commerce features when you use them.

Without that memory, you would need to rebuild your page every time you visited. That would be very private, but not especially usable.

What Linkee may store

Depending on the features you use, Linkee may store:

• your email address, phone number, login credentials, and authentication records;
• your profile, page content, links, images, products, events, and settings;
• technical records needed for security, reliability, debugging, and abuse prevention;
• messages or support information you choose to send us;
• order, customer, delivery, and transaction references needed for commerce;
• basic product usage information needed to understand whether features work.

We aim to collect the least information reasonably needed to provide the feature.

We do not need to know everything about you to help you publish one useful page.

What Linkee does not do

Linkee does not sell your personal information.

Linkee does not build advertising profiles from your page visitors.

Linkee does not add tracking merely because tracking is fashionable.

Linkee does not treat your audience as a product to be packaged for someone else.

We may use limited operational measurements to keep the service reliable, secure, and understandable. Those measurements should answer practical questions such as “Did this feature work?” rather than “How can we follow this person around the internet?”

The companies that help Linkee run

Linkee cannot operate entirely alone.

Our infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, security, storage, and other technical functions may be provided by trusted service providers. They process information only where needed to provide those services or meet legal and security requirements.

Linkee is hosted on Dewaweb cloud infrastructure in Indonesia.

Payment details may be handled directly by payment providers. Linkee avoids storing complete card details or other sensitive payment credentials when the payment provider can process them securely instead.

Security without theatre

We prefer useful security over impressive-sounding security copy.

Linkee is designed around restrained data collection, authenticated access, controlled infrastructure, secure transport, access limits, and practical monitoring.

The product is built by people with decades of experience working on the web. That experience mostly teaches one thing: no system is magically invulnerable.

We work to protect the information entrusted to Linkee, but no online service can promise absolute security. When something needs attention, we would rather address it clearly than hide behind confident language.

Usability matters here too. Security that people cannot understand or use safely is not good security.

Your page, your choices

You control the content you publish on Linkee.

You may update or remove page content through your workspace. You may also ask us to help with account access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable.

Some information may need to remain temporarily for fraud prevention, transaction records, legal obligations, backups, dispute handling, or system integrity.

Deleting something from the visible page may not erase every technical copy immediately, but it should stop being used as active published content.

Commerce and payments

When you sell products, tickets, or other items through Linkee, additional information may be needed to complete the order.

This can include:

• customer name and contact details;
• delivery address;
• ordered items;
• payment status;
• fulfillment records;
• support and dispute information.

Linkee uses this information to complete the transaction, help the seller fulfill it, provide confirmations, prevent fraud, and maintain required records.

Payment providers may receive and process payment information under their own privacy terms.

Store owners are also responsible for handling their customers’ information lawfully and only for legitimate order-related purposes.

Checkout details saved on your device

When you choose ‘Remember my details on this device,’ your name, mobile number, optional email address, and delivery address are stored in your browser. This helps you checkout more quickly.

Saved details expire after 30 days. They are not sent to a seller until you submit an order.

The seller receives the details needed to fulfill your order, including your contact and delivery details, selected payment method, and payment proof. Payment credentials and private order-access links are not saved in your browser or shared with the seller.

You can remove saved details at any time with Forget. Do not choose remembering on a shared device.

How long information stays

We retain information while it is needed to:

• provide the service;
• maintain the account;
• complete transactions;
• protect Linkee and its users;
• resolve disputes;
• satisfy legal or accounting obligations;
• preserve reasonable backups.

Information that is no longer needed is deleted, anonymized, or allowed to expire according to the relevant system and retention process.

When this page changes

Linkee will evolve, and this page may change with it.

Material changes are dated and communicated clearly when appropriate. This page always displays a visible “Last updated” date.

Data is collected to operate Linkee for its users, not to build a business from profiling them.
