Use Linkee. Do no harm.

The simple version

You may use Linkee for lawful personal, creative, community, professional, and commercial work.

You are responsible for what you publish, sell, collect, and communicate through your page.

Do not use Linkee as cover for activity you would not be willing to explain plainly to the people affected by it.

What you may build

Linkee may be used for things such as:

• personal and professional pages;
• portfolios;
• community projects;
• events;
• legitimate products and services;
• creator work;
• educational resources;
• fundraising where lawful;
• organization and business pages;
• links to other lawful destinations.

This is not an exhaustive list.

New and unusual uses are welcome when they do not harm people or violate these terms.

What is not allowed

You may not use Linkee to create, promote, sell, organize, facilitate, or direct people toward the following.

Gambling

• unlawful gambling or betting;
• unlicensed lotteries or games of chance;
• prohibited wagering services;
• payment collection for unlawful gambling;
• affiliate promotion for illegal gambling operators.

Illegal trade

• stolen or counterfeit goods;
• illegal drugs;
• prohibited weapons;
• forged documents;
• hacked accounts, credentials, or data;
• trafficking or exploitation;
• unlawful financial schemes;
• wildlife or environmental contraband;
• any product or service prohibited by applicable law.

Pornography and sexual exploitation

• pornography;
• explicit sexual material intended primarily for arousal;
• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• sexual exploitation;
• sexual services where prohibited;
• any sexual content involving minors;
• links or redirects whose main purpose is access to prohibited sexual content.

Legitimate medical, educational, artistic, and support content is not automatically prohibited merely because it discusses bodies, sexuality, or health.

Violence

• credible threats;
• incitement to violence;
• praise or celebration of real-world violence;
• targeted intimidation;
• instructions intended to enable violent wrongdoing;
• graphic violent material used to shock, threaten, or glorify harm.

Journalism, education, fiction, safety information, and documentation of abuse may be allowed when presented responsibly and without promoting harm.

Fascism and violent extremism

• advocacy of hatred, supremacy, discrimination, or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics;
• recruitment, fundraising, or organizing for violent extremist movements;
• advocacy of racial supremacy, ethnic cleansing, political violence, or denial of basic rights based on identity;
• dehumanization or intimidation targeting protected or vulnerable groups.

Historical, educational, journalistic, critical, documentary, or satirical discussion is not prohibited merely because it depicts or discusses extremist movements.

Fraud and deception

• scams;
• impersonation;
• phishing;
• false fundraising;
• fake investment opportunities;
• misleading product claims;
• forged endorsements;
• deceptive payment requests;
• schemes designed to take money, credentials, or property through misrepresentation.

Spam and abuse

• unsolicited bulk messaging;
• automated spam;
• deceptive redirects;
• link manipulation;
• malware;
• credential harvesting;
• abusive scraping;
• attempts to overload or disrupt Linkee;
• using Linkee pages primarily to evade platform enforcement elsewhere.

Selling through Linkee

When you sell through Linkee, you are responsible for:

• accurately describing the product, ticket, service, or offer;
• charging the price shown;
• fulfilling valid orders;
• handling customer information lawfully;
• complying with tax, consumer, licensing, refund, and product rules that apply to you;
• not selling prohibited goods or services;
• resolving disputes honestly.

Linkee may provide publishing, checkout, payment, delivery, or order tools. That does not make Linkee the seller of your goods unless explicitly stated.

Payment providers and shipping providers may apply their own terms.

Linkee may suspend commerce features where activity appears fraudulent, unlawful, unsafe, or likely to harm customers.

Your account and content

You are responsible for:

• keeping account access secure;
• providing accurate account information;
• activity conducted through your account;
• ensuring you have the right to publish uploaded text, images, trademarks, products, and other material;
• keeping customer and visitor information secure;
• complying with applicable law.

You keep ownership of content you create.

You give Linkee the limited permission needed to host, process, resize, display, transmit, and back up that content so the service can work.

That permission ends when the content and its necessary backups are removed, except where retention is required for security, transactions, disputes, or law.

Do not upload content that violates another person’s copyright, privacy, trademark, publicity, or other rights.

Enforcement

Linkee may investigate content or activity that appears to violate these terms.

Depending on the situation, Linkee may:

• ask for clarification or correction;
• limit distribution;
• disable a block, page, payment feature, or account;
• remove prohibited content;
• preserve relevant records;
• report activity where legally required;
• terminate access.

We use proportionate enforcement where practical.

Some situations require immediate action, including:

• credible threats;
• child sexual exploitation;
• active fraud;
• malware;
• trafficking;
• violent extremist organizing;
• serious legal or security risk.

Linkee is not required to host content merely because it may be lawful. A service may still decline content that creates a clear risk of harm to users, customers, infrastructure, or the public.

Reports and appeals

People should be able to report:

• scams;
• impersonation;
• prohibited products;
• threats;
• abusive content;
• copyright concerns;
• privacy violations;
• security issues.

Reports go to a monitored contact route. Where appropriate, account holders can ask why action was taken and request review.

An appeal does not guarantee restoration.

Linkee may withhold details where disclosure would create security, legal, privacy, or safety risks.

Service availability

Linkee is provided as an evolving service.

We work to keep it reliable, but cannot promise that it will always be:

• uninterrupted;
• error-free;
• permanently available;
• compatible with every device or external service;
• immune to loss or attack.

Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn.

Keep independent copies of important content, order records, customer information, and business records. Do not treat Linkee as the sole archive for information that cannot be replaced.

Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for your page, your offers, your customers, and your compliance obligations.

Linkee is not responsible for:

• promises made by page owners;
• the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of user-listed goods and services;
• third-party websites;
• external platforms;
• user disputes;
• losses caused by inaccurate content supplied by users;
• events outside reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

Linkee may update these terms as the service changes. This page always shows a visible “Last updated” date.

Material changes are communicated clearly where appropriate.

Continued use after an update may mean acceptance of the revised terms. Where the law requires explicit consent, we will ask for it directly.
